摘要
考察不同实验条件下更昔洛韦的毛细管电泳行为。用25 mmol/L硼酸-0.25 mmol/L Tris溶液(pH 7.12)为缓冲液,恒压20kV分离,测定注射用更昔洛韦的含量。更昔洛韦在25~300μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性(r=0.9993),回收率为96.5%,RSD为1.49%。本法简便、准确,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。
A method for the determination of ganciclovir injection by high performance capillary electrophoresis combined with conductivity detection was established . Analysis was carried out using H3BO3-Tris buffer solution(25 mmol/L H3BO3 ,0.25 mmol/L Tris) pH 7. 12 and 20 kV operation voltage. The concentration of ganciclovir was linearly related to its peak area in the range of 25 -300 μg/mL( T = 0. 9993 ) , with the average recovery of 96. 5% and RSD of 1. 49% . The method is simple, accurate and reliable for quality control of this preparation.
