摘要
对某大型钢结构的精密几何检测做了尝试 ,取得了较满意的结果。针对某天线背架整体检验苦无良策 ,第一次将工业测量系统方法引入其中 ,采取了独特的技术措施 ,用电子经纬仪测量系统实现了对背架的快速、无接触和高精度测量 ,对 398个点的测量时间约为 2h ,点位精度为 0 17mm(均方根值 ) ;在数据处理方面 ,提出了采用公共点转换法全面评价背架的制造质量 ,用CAD转换法求得背架偏离设计曲面的法向偏差 ,用于指导天线面板的铺装。实际结果表明 ,该方法观测方案先进 ,数据处理思路正确 。
An experiment on precision measurement of a large scale steel structure is conducted and the result is satisfactory It is the first time that the IMS(Industrial Measuring System) is introduced to measure the antenna′s back structure Using special technique,the measurement is rapid,non contact and high precision,for example,only 2 hours are spent to finish 398 points and the point deviation(RMS)reached 0 17mm;as to data processing,the common point coordinates transformation is selected to estimate the manufacture quality,CAD transformation is used to calculate the normal deviation for panel′s setting It is a useful method to detect large scale steel structures due to the actual results
