摘要
为了解氧化电位消毒剂的性能及消毒效果,对其稳定性试验和金属的腐蚀性试验进行了观察;用悬液定量杀菌试验法进行了微生物杀灭试验。结果,该消毒剂在54℃下放置14d,有效氯浓度下降43.66% ;含有效氯150mg/L该消毒液,对不锈钢无腐蚀,对碳钢、铝和铜均为中度腐蚀。对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率达100%,所需有效氯含量和作用时间依次分别为45mg/L作用10min、64mg/L作用15min、100mg/L作用25min、250ms/L作用20min。含有效氯190mg/L该液作用4min,可破坏乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg) 的抗原性、结果显示,该消毒剂具有良好的杀菌效果,但稳定性差且有腐蚀性。
In order to know the properties and disinfection efficacy of oxidizing potential water disinfectant, its stability test and metal corrosion test were observed. The germicidal test was carried out using suspension quantitative germicidal test. The results showed that the concentration of available chlorine in the disinfectant decreased by 43.66% after storing at 54癈 for 14 days. The disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 150 mg / L had no corrosive effect on stainless steel and moderately corrosive effect on carbon steel, aluminum and copper. The killing rate of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to its solutions containig available chlorine 45 mg/ L for 10 min, 64 mg/ L for 15 min, 100 mg/ L for 25 min and 250 mg/ L for 20 min respectively attained 100%. The solution containing available chlorine 190 mg/ L with a 4 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg. The results indicate that this disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy, but has low stability and was corrosive.
