摘要 为了规范实验室对空气消毒效果检测方法,在实验气雾柜内,采用雾化染菌和空气微生物采样器采样,以臭氧为实验模型进行消毒效果评价。结果在1m^3和10m^3气雾柜内对灵杆菌菌悬液进行气溶胶染菌,采用FA-1型多级撞击式空气微生物采样器采样获得直径≤4.7μm颗粒数为88.41%、染菌后静置15min细菌自然衰亡率为18.92%~21.53%、静置60min自然衰亡率为67.38%并可维持实验柜内空气中染菌量在5×10~4~5×10~5cfu/m^3;证明在1m^3气雾柜内臭氧含量322mg/m^3和10m^3气雾柜内臭氧含量22.6mg/m^3,作用30min对空气中灵杆菌杀灭率分别为99.74%和99.96%。结果显示,本套喷雾和采样系统,用于评价空气消毒剂消毒效果,结果可靠,可重复性好。 Under conditions of temprature at 22-25℃and relative humidity at 65%-0 75%. In a 10 m3 aerial fog chest, Devibiss aerosol generator at a pressure of 0.06 MPa and an air flow rate of 0.7 m3 / h was used to atomize the suspension of Bacillus prodigiosus for 7 min. The results indicated that the aerosol particles with diameter<4.7 nm accounted for 88.41%. The natural decay rate of bacterial aerosol was <C67.38%, and the bacterial count could be maintained at 5 x 104- 5 x 105 cfu/ m3 within 60 min. The test showed that O3 concentration of 322 mg/ m3 in a 1 m3 fog chest and 22.6 mg/ m3 in a 10 m3 aerial fog chest could kill 99.74% and 99.96% of B. prodigiosus in air respectively after exposure for 30 min. The results indicate that application of this atomization and sampling system to evaluation of efficacy of disinfection with air disinfectant can obtain reliable result and good repeatability.
