桶装水厂洁净灌装车间环境卫生调查

SURVEY OF ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION OF CLEAN FILLING WORKSHOPS OF BUCKET WATER FACTORIES

为了解桶装水生产厂灌装车间空气净化效果和卫生状况,采用BCJ-1型尘埃粒子计数器、平板沉降法及棉拭子方法,对32家桶装水生产企业灌装车间空气洁净度及环境表面污染情况进行了检测。结果表明,灌装车间空气尘埃粒子合格率为78.1％,细菌总数合格率81.3％;表面细菌检测显示,车间墙壁合格率90.6％,门把手为87.5％,灌装口合格率84.4％。结果反映出,32家桶装水生产厂灌装车间空气洁净度各项指标均有不同程度超标,环境卫生质量亦有不合格,必须加强企业卫生质量管理和监督。

In order to know the efficacy of purification of air and the sanitary conditions of the filling workshop of bucket water production factory, BCJ-1-type dust particle counter, plate sedimentation method and cotton swab method were used to examine the cleanliness of air and contamination of environmental surfaces in filling workshops of 32 bucket water production enterprises. The results showed that in the filling workshops, the eligible rate of dust particles in air was 78.1%, that of total bacterial count was 81.3%. Examination of surface bacteria showed that the eligible rate of workshop wall was 90.6%, that of door handle was 87.5% and that of mouth of filling device was 84.4%). The results indicated that the various indices of cleanliness of air in filling workshops of 32 bucket water production factories exceeded the allowable limits to various degrees and the quality of sanitation was also ineligible in some aspects. It is, therefore, necessary to strengthen administration and supervision of sanitary quality of enterprise.
