摘要
博谱洁净消毒液为含氯复方消毒剂。为了解其杀灭微生物效果与储存稳定性,进行了定量浸泡载体杀灭微生物试验、稳定性和模拟现场试验。结果,含有效氯25mg/L作用10min,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭率均达99.99%;含有效氯1000mg/L的博谱洁净消毒液作用30min,对载体表面的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率达100%,作用20min,可将不锈钢片表面HBsAg抗原完全破坏;小牛血清对其杀菌效果有一定影响;用含有效氯1000mg/L该消毒剂溶液浸泡72h,对不锈钢片无腐蚀作用,对铝、铜、碳钢均有不同程度的腐蚀性。模拟现场实验表明,含有效氯300mg/L,作用10min,对食(饮)具上的大肠杆菌杀灭率达100%;该消毒剂原液在54℃、RH>75%条件下放置14d,有效氯下降率为27.64%。
Bo-Pu Liquid Cleaning Disinfectant is a chlorine-containing compound disinfectant. In order to know its germicidal efficacy and storing stability, quantitative immersed carrier germicidal test, stability and simulated field test were carried out. The results showed that the killing rate of both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to the disinfectant containing available chlorine 25 mg/ L for 10 min attained 99.99% and that of Bacillus subtllis var. niger spores on surface of the carrier exposed to the disinfectant containing available chlorine 1 000 mg/ L for 30 min attaired 100%. The disinfectant containing available chlorine 1 000 mg / L with a 20 min contact time could destroy completely HBsAg antigen on surface of stainless steel coupon. Calf serum had certain influence on its germicidal efficacy. Immersion in the disinfectant containing available chlorine 1 000 mg / L for 72 h had no corrosive effect on stainless steel coupon, but had corrosive effect to various degrees on aluminum, copper and carbon steel. Simulated field test indicated that the disinfectant containing available chlorine 300 mg/ L with a 10 min contact time killed 100% of E. coli on tableware. The available chlorine content of the stock solution of the disinfectant decreased by 27.64% after storing at 54 ℃ and RH >75% for 14 days.
