摘要
为更准确地测定复方消毒剂中醋酸氯己定含量,采用液相色谱法对测定复方消毒剂中醋酸氢己定含量的方法进行了观察。结果,对消毒剂样品中醋酸氯己定用C_(18)分离,二极管阵列检定器检测λ=260nm,流动相为pH值2.6的0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾(KH_2PO_4):甲醇:乙晴=47:13:40; 与干扰物质分离,结果准确度高,线性范围宽(0~0.8mg/L),平均回收率为72.8~98.8%,精密度RSD为2.1~3.4%,最小检出浓度为0.01mg/L。结果显示,此方法可简便、快速、准确地检测不同复方消毒剂中醋酸氯己定含量。
In order to improve the accuracy of measurement of chlorhexidine acetate content in compound disinfectants, the method of measuring chlorhexidine acetate content in compound disinfectants by liquid phase chromatography was observed. The results indicated that when chlorhexidine acetate content in disinfectant sample was measured under following conditions: separation by C18, diode array detector measurement A = 260 nm, mobile phase with pH 2.6, 0.02 mol/ L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4) I methanol' acetonitrile = 47 I 13 I 40, and separation from interfering substances, the results had high accuracy and broad linear range (0-0.8 mg/L), with average recovery rate of 72.8%- 98.8%, precision RSD of 2.1 %- 3.4% and minimum detectable concentration of 0.01 mg/ L. The results indicate that this method can simply, quick and accurately measure the chlorhexidine acetate content in different compound disinfectants.
