摘要
目的:探讨烟酰胺 (Nic)对阿霉素 (ADR)所致心肌细胞线粒体损害的保护作用。 方法:对各实验大鼠心肌细胞线粒体进行检测 ,并应用体视学方法对心肌细胞的线粒体体密度 (Vvm)、表面积密度 (Svm)、表面积体积比 (Rsv)及线粒体面数密度 (Num)进行计算。 结果:ADR组和 Nic 组心肌细胞线粒体肿胀明显 ,体视学结果显示 :ADR组和 Nic 组心肌细胞线粒体与对照组相比 ,其 Rsv减小 (P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,ADR组 Num、Svm降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 Vvm和 Svm差异无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :ADR可导致心肌细胞线粒体的损伤 ,而
Objective: To determine the stereological parameters change of the cardiac muscle mitochondria on nitochondria(Nic), which protected the cardiac muscle mitochondria against adriamycin(ADR). Methods: The every group of cardiac muscle mitochondria was inspected, namely the volume density, surface density, average surface area and numerical density of mitochondria of the cells were measured, calculated and compared with each other. Results: Swollen mitochondria with fractured ridges appeared in some of the ADR cardiac muscle. The volume density, surface density, average surface area of the ADR cardiac muscle were decreased (P<0.05); the specific surface decreased (P<0.01) and the numerical density not significantly affected (P>0.05). Conclusion: Mitochondria of the cardiac muscle were damaged by the ADR; Nitochondria have some protective role
