摘要
通过对Gompertz肿瘤生长理论模型的研究和分析 ,设计了一种基于一维人工细胞自动机的肿瘤生长模型 (TGM1dCA)。在连续Gompertz模型基础上 ,论文导出了Gompertz模型的离散差分形式。运用离散Gom pertz模型 ,论文设计出了体现肿瘤生长动态的人工细胞自动机状态随机演化规则。论文对TGM1dCA细胞自动机进行了理论分析和仿真实验 ,理论分析和仿真实验结果表明 。
A tumor growth model designed with a one-dimensional celluar automaton (TGM1dCA) based on the analysis of the Gomerptz model was proposed. A discrete Gompertz model was developed from the continuous Gompertz model, which was described by a discrete difference equation. According to the discrete Gompertz model, The stochastic evolution rules for the TGM 1dCA programs was which embodied the dynamics of tumor growth. The theoretical and simulated results showed that the TGM1dCA was consistent with the Gompertz model and the clinic data.
