多孔梯度结构羟基磷灰石仿骨材料的制备和微观形貌观测 被引量:7

摘要 通过仿骨材料的结构设计 ,采用羟基磷灰石粉末为原料 ,添加一定量的生物玻璃粘结剂和柠檬酸造孔剂 ,模压成型 ,10 5 0℃烧结 ,获得了羟基磷灰石仿骨材料。微观形貌观察表明 :材料外层较致密 ,含有微孔 ;内层多孔疏松 ,含有少量微孔和大量孔径为 30 0 μm~ 5 0 0 μm的球形气孔 ,孔隙间相互贯通。材料的孔隙大小和分布呈梯度变化 。 According to the bionic structure design, the hydroxyapatite powder was synthesized by autocombustion method, adding phosphate bioglass as bonder and citric acid as pore-maker, The hydroxyapatite bionic bone material was prepared through powder molding and sintering at 1050°C for different time. The SEM testing results of the material showed that the outer layer was relatively compact which contained micro-pores; the inner layer was porous which contained few micro-pores and many spherical macro-pores of 300μm∼500μm; the pores were inter-connected. The gradient changes of the pore size and distribution of the material were similar to that of the natural bone.
