基诺族青少年甲状腺相关激素水平研究

The Study of Thyroid-related Hormones in Jinuo Minority Teenagers

为了解基诺族与汉族青少年的甲状腺相关激素差异。选择景洪地区某民族中学基诺族青少年 2 0 3名为基诺族组 ,按年龄划分为① 13- 14岁组 ,为 5 2名 ;② 14 - 15岁组 ,91名 ;③ 15 - 16岁组 ,6 0名 ;并随机抽取昆明地区同年龄 10 0名作为汉族组 ,其中 13- 14岁 2 8名 ,14 - 15岁 33名 ,15 - 16岁 39名。用RIA及IRMA测定T3 、T4和sTSH水平。结果表明基诺族 13- 14岁年龄组 ,14 - 15岁年龄组和 15 - 16岁年龄组均与汉族组相比 ,T3 、T4和sTSH水平均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。因此处于边远地区的基诺族青少年 ,虽营养状况及生活环境较之城市汉族青少年不同 。

In order to study the difference of thyroid-related hormones between the Teenagers of Jinuo minority and those of Han nationality, 203 teenagers of Jinuo who are students of an ethnic middle school,Jinghong,took as the Jinuo group.This group was divided into three subgroups according to their age: ① age from 13 to 14,52 persons ② age from 14 to 15,91 persons ③ age from 15 to 16,60 persons.Meanwhile, 100 teenagers of Han nationality lived in Kunming took as a control group,which also was divided into three subgroups ① age from 13 to 14,28persons; ② age from 14 to 15,33 persons; ③ age from 15 to 16,39 persons.The levels of T 3 T 4 and TSH in Both groups were determined. The result showed no significant difference between two groups ( P >0.05).From this result we could conclude that though the Jinuo minority lives in the remote area and their nutrition and living conditions are poorer than the Han nationality,that do not contribute influnce to their level of thyroid-related hormone.
