摘要
论述了精益生产与各种先进制造、生产和管理模式的复杂关系 ,认为精益生产模式是生产发展史上的里程碑 ,同时它也是实施各种先进制造模式的基础 ;结合国情探讨了在中国实施精益生产的途径。
The complicated relationships between lean production and all kinds of advanced manufacturing, production and management modes are studied. It is pointed out that the lean production is the milestone in the history of production and lean production is the basis of implementation of advanced manufacturing mode. At last, the way to apply lean production in China is discussed.
