摘要
介绍了新型直接快速制造金属原型的等离子熔积制造 (PDM )及其CAM系统 ;分析了在快速成形中使用的几种扫描路径 ,并比较了它们的优缺点 ;阐述了在PDM中采用的路径规划方式 ,分区折线、轮廓等距偏移和两者的复合方式 ,并说明了其路径的生成方法。
A new direct rapid metal prototyping system—plasma deposition manufacturing (PDM) system and CAM software are introduced, and several path planning methods used in RP are analyzed and compared. At last the path planning method, subarea zigzag, contour offset path and combination of them used in PDM and the path generation are described.
