摘要
分析了我国证券市场监管工作存在的问题 ,认为必须强化退出机制。退出机制不仅包括证券监管当局从外部对被监管对象实施驱除市场的威慑所进行的监督和管理 ,还包括被监管对象之间及被监管对象内部各部门之间的相互联系、相互作用、相互制约的自律行为。
The problems existed in the supervision of China's security markets were analyzed in this article. It pointed out that stress must be laid on the exit systems, which indicated both the threat on the supervised parties from security supervising organizations and the relationship between the supervised parties and the other branches. Each party should have contact with each other, influence each other and restrict each other.
