低压脉冲射流的调制机理及调制器振动模拟 被引量:12

摘要 介绍和分析了钻井液主流阻断式调制射流产生低压脉冲的机理和可行性。初步设计出全尺寸低压脉冲调制器 ,利用MATLAB环境下的Simulink系统建立了调制器液压振动力学运动的计算机仿真模型。对调制器的液压控制过程及阀系运动进行了初步模拟 ,显示出调制器主阀和控制阀协调振动工作的可行性。仿真计算结果表明 ,调制器振动的频率、主阀启闭时间以及在下止点关闭主流的时间等重要工作性能指标基本符合射流低压脉冲的要求 ,这说明调制器的结构参数基本合理。调制器的实际工作性能。 Modulation mechanism of low pressure pulse generated in jet with the instantaneous interrupting of drilling mud in the upstream of drilling bit was introduced. A full scale modulator and its working simulation model were designed with Simulink system under MATLAB environment. The dynamic working procedure of the modulator was simulated. Simulation results show that components of the modulator work well, and the working parameters of the modulator, such as oscillation frequency, starting time and closing time of master valve and the breaking time of mud mainstream, were reasonable. The performances and index of the modulator and the simulation results should be further validated with experiment.
