摘要
在内径300mm的有机玻璃塔内,以空气-水为物系,研究了非均匀开孔率穿流塔板与100mm厚的250Y规整填料组成的复合塔板的流体力学性能;在内径300mm的不锈钢塔内,以乙醇-水为物系,常压全回流情况下,研究了非均匀开孔率复合塔板的传质性能。研究结果表明,非均匀开孔率复合塔板与均匀开孔率复合塔板相比,具有效率略高、板压降随气液量增大平缓、操作弹性增大20%~60%、气体处理量增大20%~80%、液体处理量增大70%左右的突出优点。非均匀开孔率复合塔板是一种高效高弹性高通量塔板。
Study on hydrodynamics of non-uniform perforated compound tray was conducted with a 300 mm inner diameter column with air-water system,and mass transfer performance in a 300 mm inner diameter column with ethanol-water system at total reflux and under atmospheric pressure. Non-uniform perforated compound tray was composed of non-uniform perforated dual-flow tray and 100 mm height 250Y structured packing. Non-uniform perforated compound tray showed slight higher efficiency,20%~60% greater turndown ratio,20%~80% larger gas capacity,70% larger liquid capacity in comparison with uniform perforated compound tray. Non-uniform perforated compound tray is an outstanding tray with high efficiency,high turndown ratio and high capacity.
