摘要
雾化凝固过程是雾化制粉和喷射沉积过程中的关键步骤。文章分析了雾化凝固过程中的液滴的速度与粒度分布及液态冷却、再辉、偏析凝固、共晶凝固与液态凝固阶段,通过对合金液滴凝固过程中凝固潜热的释放与环境导热的分析导出了不同阶段液滴温度变化方程。
Atomizing solidification is the key procedure in atomized powder making and spraying deposition.The droplet velocity,size distribution,and the procedures of droplet cooling,recalescence,segregated solidification,eutectic solidification and liquid solidification are analyzed.The equation showing the change of droplet temperature in different stages are worked out through analysis of latent heat releasing and environment heat conduction during alloy droplet solidification.
