摘要
地方专科院校学生思想政治工作正面临诸多困难与问题 ,要解决这些困难和问题必须强化意识、创新观念、创新思维、改革“两课”教学内容方法和手段 。
With the development of society, the demand of personnel is upgraded. Local colleges are confronted with various origins of students, serious job market situation, conflicts on value, outdated ideological education on students, low quality of ideological worker. To solve these problems and train personnel fit for the society, innovation, network and campus culture construction have to be highlighted.
