摘要
目前 ,教育助学贷款工作中所存在的“两头热、中间冷”现象阻碍了国家贷款助学计划的顺利实施 ,有必要从银行、学校和学生等方面找出原因 。
Presently, national students loan plan cannot be implemented smoothly due to some problems. To solve that it is necessary to find out reasons from banks, schools and students.
