简要介绍了某型涡扇发动机中下垂直锥齿轮辐板断裂故障。在检查与分析的基础上,查明了故障主要原因。为确定与验证锥齿轮故障模式,在试验器上进行故障再现试验及低周疲劳试验。对改进设计后的锥齿轮进行试验验证,取得了满意的结果。

The cone gear spoke fracture is briefly described for a typical turbofan. On basis of checking and analyzing, the reason of failure is ascertained. To establish and verify the failure mode, trouble reappearing and low -cycle fatigue tests are conducted on component test rigs. Verification test is carried out for modified cone gear and the satisfying result is acquired.
