摘要
研究了CPPU对中花芥蓝低温保鲜效果和营养品质的影响 ,结果表明 :在低温贮存方式下 ,CPPU处理具有良好的保鲜效果 ,在 30d的贮藏过程中 ,CPPU剂处理芥蓝的可溶性蛋白、叶绿素、可溶性糖。
A trial was carried out to determine the effect of CPPU on store and nutrient quality of Cabbage mustard at low temperature.The result showed that CPPU treatment could increase store period of cabbage mustard at low temperature.In 30 days,the descending of nutrient quality and quantity of the Cabbage mustard,include soluble protein,chlorophyll soluble sugar,vitamin C etc.,was more less than the contrast.
