推行危害分析和关键点控制环节管理是对食品生产、经营企业强化自身管理 ,确保食品卫生质量及食用安全的一种先进的管理方法。本文应用HACCP管理于蜂王浆生产过程中 ,以确保产品的卫生与安全 ,为在蜂产品企业推行HACCP管理建立了一套模型。
Hazard analysis critical control point is an advanced managerial method, which can strengthen the management of enterprises themselves to ensure food quality and safety.HACCP is applied in managing the manufacture process of royal jelly in this paper.In addition, carrying out HACCP can set up a model of management in enterprises of bee products.
