摘要
茶叶有机氯及菊酯类农药残留检测样品净化处理中 ,通过利用真空减压抽滤装置 ,建立一种快速、简便、经济的检测方法 ,可大大缩短样品处理时间 。
The pretreatment detection method of organic chlorine and tyrethrin pesticides in tea generally use liquid-liquid extraction(LLE).The pretreatment time of single sample always need about 4～6h.In the paper I used the vacuum decompress to replace LLE.The experiment showed it was a simple and low-cost method.It could reduce the pretreatment time and improve the efficiency.
