小型石油库及汽车加油站设计探析

RESEARCH ON DESIGN OF SMALL PETROLEUM STORAGE DEPOTS AND SERVICE STATIONS

随着油田勘探的不断深化及高速公路的全面发展 ,小型石油库及汽车加油站的设计越来越多。以往的石油库设计规范没有专门的针对小型石油库及汽车加油站的详细规定 ,不能满足实际要求 ,使设计人员对小型石油库及汽车加油站的设计没有一个统一的认识 ,在设计中往往造成不必要的浪费。针对该问题 ,国家于 1992年发布实施了《小型石油库及汽车加油站设计规范》 ,我们在执行规范中结合以往的设计经验 ,提高了设计质量 ,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。

The more and more small petroleum storage depots and service stations will be designed with the deepening of oil prospecting and the development of speedway. The previous criterion for design of petroleum storage depots does not meet the requirement for practice design because there was not detailed specification about small petroleum storage depots and service stations. Engineers couldn't get a definite and comprehensive understanding about the design specification of small petroleum storage depots and service stations. So the new criterion for design of small petroleum storage depots and service stations was established and brought into effect on June 9,1992. It makes good economic and social effects, and the design quality has also been improved.
