摘要
本研究在一套内径 13mm、长 15 0 0mm、处理量为 1.8kg/h的催化剂连续再生循环下行床反应器中进行。以大庆VGO为原料 ,使用工业FCC分子筛催化剂 ,较为系统地研究了顺重力场下的催化裂化过程。通过对较宽范围的剂油比 (7~ 30 )和反应温度 (4 90~ 6 0 0℃ )等重要操作参数的考察 ,初步得到了其对下行床催化裂化过程产品分布影响的基本规律 ,分别得出了适合于生产汽油、柴油和液化气各种目的产品的最优生产方案。
The research was undergone in the downer reactor with inner diameter 13mm, length 1500mm, 1.5kg/h feeding and catalyst circulating in the system. A series of experiments were carried out with using Daqing VGO feed and commercial FCC catalyst to study the catalytic cracking in concurrent gravity field systematically. Through research of wide catalyst to oil ratio(7~30) and reaction temperature range(490~600℃), some primary laws about the product's distribution of downer FCC process were obtained and the optimum plan for gasoline, diesel and LPG respectively were assured.
