户部寨气田腐蚀分析及腐蚀防护

CORROSION FACTORS STUDY AND ANTI-CORROSION TECHNIQUE OF HUBUZHAI GAS FIELD

通过对户部寨气田腐蚀因素的调研分析 ,找出了腐蚀原因。通过实验 ,考察了温度、CO2浓度、矿化度、流速对腐蚀的影响及规律 ,开发出了高效气井缓蚀剂 ,将该缓蚀剂在现场进行试验 ,气井腐蚀状况得到了控制 ,达到了理想的防护效果。

This paper researches corrosion factors of Hubuzhai Gas Field. Through many simulation tests, the effect on corrosion of these factors is studied. A corrosion inhibitor of gas production well is confected. Many tests using this inhibitor were taken in the gas field, and these tests proved that this inhibitor has famous effect of prevent corrosion on gas well.
