摘要
介绍了直线运动误差的检测原理 ,详细分析了测量仪的激光器、信号处理电路和数据采集系统的设计 ,对一直线运动机构的直线运动误差进行了实验测试 ,结果表明该测量仪稳定可靠。
The measuring principle of straight movement error is introduced. The laser structure, the signal processing circuits and the data acquisition of tester are described in detail. Based on result of experiment of a linear motion system, the tester provides excellent stability and reliability.
