摘要
目的 探讨 80岁以上老年人髋部骨折围手术期处理经验。方法 对 4 6例 80岁以上老年人髋部骨折手术治疗方法及结果进行回顾性总结。结果 4 6例患者均安全度过围手术期 ,手术优良率 89 7%。结论 对高龄患者要有充分认识和准备 。
Objective To discuss the perioperational management of hip fracture in patients over 80 years.Methods A retrospective summary of the methods and results were made in 46 cases of hip fracture over 80 years old.Results Forty six patients operated passed safely through the perioperative period,and the good and excellent rate of the operation accounted for 89.7%.Conclusion If doctors know the perioperative risk and take all necessary procedures,most aged patients can receive the operation safely and obtain the excellent results.
