摘要党的十六大以来,党和国家把解决“三农”问题作为经济工作的重中之重,而且作为实现全面建设小康社会这一宏伟目标的难点之一,给予特别重视。现介绍俄罗斯农村普遍存在的迫切社会经济问题及其解决途径。
