家蚕AFLP分子标记分离规律的研究 被引量：14

摘要 为研究家蚕遗传的多样性,以家蚕品种湘晖×872杂交的91个F_2个体为材料,采用AFLP分子标记技术,对杂交后代的分离规律进行了研究。结果显示:采用的44对引物共扩增出5134条带,其中1002条带呈多态性;经x^2检测,有537条带符合3:1分离比。 This study made 91 F2 individuals which derived from the hybrid Xianghui x 872 as material, analysed the segregation law of AFLP molecular marker in silkworm.Results showed that there were total 5 134 amplified bands,in which 1 002 polymorphic bands were obtained. Through the test of Chi-Square (x2) 537 showed the segregation ratio 3:1.
