γ-干扰素抗孕鼠弓形虫感染子宫及胎盘部位的超微结构研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨IFN γ对弓形虫感染之孕鼠的免疫保护作用。方法 弓形虫感染 (感染后 72h)及感染前 2 4h加用IFN γ的孕鼠 ,均于受孕 18d脱臼处死 ,取子宫及胎盘组织 ,包埋切片 ,然后经透射电镜观察免疫活性细胞及弓形虫的形态、超微结构的改变。结果 IFN γ使用组子宫及胎盘组织中虫体数明显减少 ,活化巨噬细胞增多且杀虫活性明显增强 ,细胞内虫体大多细胞器蜕变、崩解 ,有的虫体崩解呈絮状 ,有的呈无结构的团块状。结论 IFN γ可明显增强免疫活性细胞的功能 ,对弓形虫感染的孕鼠具有一定的免疫保护作用。 Objective To explore the immune protecting effect of IFN-γ on toxoplasma gondii-infected pregnant mice. Methods\ The morphosis and ultramicrostructure of immune active cells and toxoplasma gondii were observed by transmission electron microscopy on 18 days of pregnancy of toxoplasma-infected and IFN-γ used before being infected 24 hours mice (all after infected 72 h). Results\ The results observed by transmission electron microscopy showed as follows:In IFN-γ used group, there were a few toxoplasma gondii but more active macrophages compared with control. Still, the toxoplasma-killing activity of active macrophages was significantly increased. Conclusion\ IFN-γ can significantly increase the function of immune active cells and thus protect pregnant mice from infection.
