摘要
以木薯(Manihot esculenta)'东方一号'种质为材料,对木薯体细胞染色体银染显带的带型特点进行了观察分析.结果表明,木薯体细胞染色体银染显带不存在核仁组织区域(NOR)的特异性,木薯体细胞所具有的全部染色体(36条)均能显示银染带,每条染色体上有2~5条银染带;根据银染带在染色体上的位置可区分为端粒带、次缢痕带、着丝粒带、居间带4种类型.因此,可将银染带作为木薯染色体的识别标记.对木薯中NOR区的数目也进行了讨论.
Silver staining in cassava(Manihot esculenta)was studied.The results indicated that nucleolar organizer regions(NORs)were not specially stained.Ag-bands could be observed on all36chromosomes each of which had2to5bands.NOR-bands,telomere -bands,centromere -bands and intercalary bands could be distinguished ac cording to the position of Ag -bands on chromosome.Therefore,Ag -bands can be used as identification marker of chromosomes of cassava.The NOR number in cassava is also discussed.
