摘要
卵母细胞体外成熟培养研究主要集中在提高体外成熟卵母细胞支持胚胎发育的能力上。本文主要从基础培养液的改进、性腺激素的添加、生长激素和生长因子所起的作用、延迟成熟培养以及其它物质添加方面进行分析 ,介绍了目前卵母细胞体外成熟培养的进展情况。
The studies on external mature culturing mainly concentrates on how to improve the role of oovcyte for the growth of embryo. In this article, the author introduced the progress of external mature culturing of oovcyte by the analysis on improvement of culture medium, adding gonad hormone, role of growth hormones and growth factors, delaying of mature culturing, and adding other substances.
