烧炭法再生苯和丙烯烷基化失活催化剂动力学模型 被引量:2

Coke-Burning Kinetic Model on Regeneration of Coked Catalyst Used in Alkylation of Benzene with Propylene

摘要 对用于苯和丙烯烷基化生产异丙苯的工业失活β沸石改性催化剂进行烧炭动力学研究;对动力学数据测量装置进行了全混流检验、颗粒内外扩散的影响和粒内温度梯度的考察;确定了测定本征动力学的适宜条件;对不同比例的氧氮混合气进行了动力学研究,测定了不同温度下的烧炭动力学数据;提出了本文条件下的动力学模型,并对动力学数据进行了关联,得出了模型的有关参数。 The coke-burning regeneration intrinsic kinetics of deactivated /3 based catalyst, used in middle-sized device to produce cumene with benzene and propylene, was studied inthe internal circulation gradientless reactor. For the laboratory device, the test of complete mixture flow, diffusion of inside and outside of particle were investigated in different conditions, and the suitable operation condition was found out.Regeneration intrin-sickinetics was studied under different ratio of oxygen with helium and at different temperatures in order to investigate the influence of the ratio and the temperature on coke-burning rate. The intrinsic kinetics model was proposed, the kinetic data were related with optimum method and the model parameters were obtained in above relating process.
