利用鸡粪取代部分精料舍饲育肥卡拉库尔羔羊的研究

Experiment on using fryer poultry dung replace part of pure feed stuff to raise kalakuer lambkins in stall

本研究利用含干物质 31.75 %的鸡粪进行育肥羔羊日粮的配合 ,对卡拉库尔羊进行了舍饲育肥试验 ,并进行了肉品质和经济效益的对比。试验结果表明 ,对照组与试验组体增重差异不显著 ,且试验组与对照组肉质在 pH值、大理石纹测定、贮藏损失和熟肉率测定均无显著差异 ,试验组系水力略高于对照组。经济效益分析结果得出 ,利用鸡粪饲喂卡拉库尔羊试验组比对照组羔羊每千克活重多盈利 0 .74元 ,若同样育肥 35kg活重的羔羊 ,每只可比对照组多盈利 2 5 .9元。

We use poultry dung with 31.75% dry matter make daily feed coordination to feed KALAKUER sheep, and contrast the quality of the meat to the economic effect. As a result , the control group has little differece with the experiment group in live weight gain.,and they have no notable differece in pH, measure of margble stria, the ratio of storage lossing of meat. Hydraulic power of the contrast group is higher than the experiment group the experiment group . According testing result,using the effictiveness of poultry dung to feed , the experiment group can earning more 0.74 yuan than the contrast group per live weight.If both feed a 35kg live weight lamb ,each can earn more 25.9 yuan.
