摘要
在一定水温和盐度范围内,进行了温度和盐度对倒刺Spinibarbusdenticulatus胚胎发育速度及孵化率的影响实验。结果表明,倒刺胚胎发育速度与水温和盐度关系密切。在设置的14个温度梯度范围内(16、17、18、19、20、22、24、26、28、29、30、31、32、33℃),胚胎孵化所需时间与水温呈负相关,孵化的合适水温为24~29℃,在该温度范围内,孵化率较高(70%~85%),临界水温的上、下限分别是31℃和19℃。在设置的8个盐度范围内(1、3、5、7、9、10、11、12),胚胎孵化的适合盐度为1~5,在此盐度范围内,孵化率较高(80%~85%),最高临界盐度为9。
The effects of different temperatures and salinity on embryonic development and hatching rate of \% Spinibarbus denticultus\% were investigated within a certain range of water temperature and salinity. The result shows that embryonic development of \% Spinibarbus denticultus\% is closely related to water temperature and salinity. Setting the temperatures at 16,17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33℃, there exists a negative correlation between embryonic development time and water temperature. The suitable water temperature for embryonic development ranges from 24 to 29℃, having higher hatching rate (70%~80%), the maximum being 31℃ and minimum 19℃. Setting the salinity at 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10,11,12, the suitable salinity for embryonic development ranges from 1 to 5, having higher hatching rate (80%~85%), the maximum being 9.
