摘要
以在渤海湾航行的客滚船为评价对象,在综合分析影响客滚船启航安全的内部因素和自然环境因素的基础上确定评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评判的数学方法,建立了多层次的综合评价数学模型。以此模型为基础,利用VisualBasic6 0开发出供港口监督人员和公司管理人员做决策时使用的安全评价应用软件。该软件经过了较长时间的实船跟踪检验,其输出结果比较符合实际情况。
This paper took ro-pax vessels in the Bohai Bay as the objects of evaluation. A criterion system was set based on the internal and natural environment factors affecting ro-pax vessels safety departure, and a hierarchial mathematical model was established for comprehensive assessment using the methematical method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment. Based on this mathematical model and by using Visual Basic 6.0 as a tool, an applications software of safety evaluation was developed, which can be used by barbor superintendents and companies administrators to make decisions. Through a long period field-test on board, the outputs of the saftware are fairly in accord with the actual situations.
