摘要
本试验采用N2激光和He-Ne激光辐照"汉源小麦"等4个小麦材料的干种子,采用随机区组设计,重复3次,利用生物统计和数量遗传学的方法,对L1和L2两代的穗长、小穗粒数等10个穗部性状的遗传变异进行研究。结果表明:辐射材料不同,诱变后代的变异差异明显;激光种类不同,后代变异差异不大;穗长、小穗粒数的遗传力较高,早代单株选择的效果较好。
Dry seeds of wheat cultivars 'Mianyang 21' and their γ1 offspring were exposed to HeNe laser and N2 laser at two dosage levels,respectively.A randomized complete block design of three replicates was used to study the spike characters of wheat in two generations.Inheritance and variation of 10 characters were analyzed with biostatistical and quantitative genetic methods.The results showed the variability of the most spike characters in L1 and L2 generations was significantly different among the tested materials,and the variability of the most characters in two generations treated with HeNe laser and N2 laser was not significantly different.The heritabilities in broad sense(h2b) of the 10 characters of L2 were eatimated,and h2b of spike length was the highest.The better direct selection effect was observed in earlier generations for these characters.
