摘要
研制了一种新型支承辊用材料Cr5钢 ,通过试验测定了该材料的CCT曲线、淬火和回火加热温度 ,并测试了该钢的力学性能。结果表明 ,该钢具有良好的淬透性。
A new kind material Cr5 steel used for backup roll was studied in this paper.Its CCT curve,quenching and tempering temperature were determined by test.The steel mechanical properties were also measured.The results show that the steel has superior hardenability,resistance to softening on tempering and good comprehensive properties.
