摘要
采用正交试验对 1 7 4PH沉淀硬化不锈钢离子渗氮的工艺和显微组织进行了研究。结果表明 ,影响工件表面结构和性能的主要因素是离子渗氮温度和保温时间。当渗氮温度由 4 80℃升高到 5 6 0℃保温 5h ,硬度则由 5 1 4HV0 1增高到 1 2 90HV0 1 ;在 5 2 0℃下渗氮 ,时间从 3h延长到 7h后 ,表面硬度由 81 4HV0 1增高到1 2 90HV0 1。
The process and microstructure of ion nitrided 17 4PH stainless steel was studied by orthogonal design experiment.The results show that the main factors are the nitriding temperature and time.The hardness increases from 514HV0 1 to 1290HV0 1 with temperature increasing from 480℃ to 560℃.At 520 ℃,the surface hardness increases from 814HV0 1 to 1290HV0 1 when nitriding time is prolonged from 3h to 7h.
