摘要
三氯水溶液淬火介质是由CaCl2 、MgCl2 、ZnCl2 三种盐配制成的溶液 ,其冷却特性介于水与油之间 ,特别是其沸点可达 30 0℃以上 ,在 (30 0~ 2 0 0 )℃范围内冷却速度为水的 1 / 1 0~ 1 / 8,有效地控制了工件的淬火畸变与开裂 。
This paper deals with the 3 chlorine aqueous soluble quenchant which contains CaCl 2,MgCl 2 and ZnCl 2.Its cooling property is between water and oil,specifically its boiling point can be above 300℃.In the range 300~200℃ its cooling rate is about 1/10~1/8 of that of water,which effectively prevent distortion and crack of the workpiece.It is an ideal quenchant for carbon steels and alloy structural steels.
