The Automatic Inspection of Aerospace Connector and Its Component

分析了用于可快速可靠测试小型化、高密度、高可靠和高精度航天电连接器及其组件的多功能检测仪的特点 ,并介绍了导通检测、耐压检测、绝缘检测和瞬断检测等的原理和方法 ,以及国外一些检测仪的主要技术参数。为充分发挥多功能检测仪的效能 ,对检测仪选择、工装配备、使用环境、周期校验和安全操作等使用要点提出了要求。

The characteristics of multi function automatic inspector which is applied to examine small, high dense, high reliable and high accuracy connector and its component for aerospace are analyzed in this paper. The principle of connecting, voltage resist, insulation and transient breaking inspection are introduced. The performance of the major automatic inspector in abroad is also presented. The requirements such as the selection, technical device, environment, calibration interval and operation safety are put forward to make full use of the inspector.
