实验选择了啤酒酵母 2 0 16菌株为铬载体酵母生产菌株 ,通过摇瓶发酵实验 ,对三氯化铬的添加工艺进行了研究探索。确定了铬酵母发酵培养的适宜加铬条件 :在发酵开始的8h内分批流加三氯化铬 ,总加入量为 5× 10 4mol/L ,经过 12h摇瓶发酵可得铬酵母的生物量为 1 5 5 g/ 10 0mL ,酵母含铬量为 1,10 0 μg/ g以上 ,酵母细胞对铬离子利用效率是 6 0
