摘要 近年来 ,人们发现了耶尔森菌强毒力岛 ,并对其结构与功能进行了大量研究。同时 ,在一些研究中 ,发现它也广泛存在于其它几种肠道致病菌中。就耶尔森菌毒力岛HPI结构与功能及它在其它肠道致病菌分布的研究现状作一综述。 There have been many studies on the structure and function of the high pathogenicity island since it was first discovered to be located on Yersinia . And it was detected to be present in a few different members of the family Enterobacteriaceae that are pathogenic to human. This review describes the Yersinia high pathogenicity island: structure,function and prevalence among pathogenic enterobacteriaceae.
