摘要
在乙二胺体系中 ,采用水热法合成了Fe -ZSM - 5型沸石分子筛 ,考察了有机胺用量、硅铁比、温度、时间、晶种等因素对Fe -ZSM - 5沸石合成的影响 ,并通过IR技术证实了Fe3+ 进入了分子筛骨架。研究表明在此体系 ,适宜的有机胺用量 :m(EDA) m(SiO2 ) =0 .8,相对高的硅铁比 :m(SiO2 ) m(Fe2 O3) =65 ,温度 160℃ ,时间 2d ,有利于Fe -ZSM - 5分子筛的合成 ,加入晶种HZSM - 5有利于Fe -ZSM -
Fe-ZSM-5 zeolite is synthesized in EDA system by thermal crystallization. The influence of EDA, the ration of SiO_2/Fe_2O_3, temperature, time, crystal seed on the synthesis of Fe-ZSM-5 are discussed, and the Fe3+ ion is proven to be incorporated into the framework of zeolite by IR technology. A suitable amount of organic templates (EDA/SiO_2 = 0.8), SiO_2/Fe_2O_3 of 65 and 160oC are determined, 2 days time and addition of crystal seeds are also advantaged to the synthesis of Fe-ZSM-5 zeolite.
