摘要
介绍了玻璃颗粒的烧结及烧结质量与烧成工艺制度的关系。根据烧结法生产建筑装饰微晶玻璃的特点 ,对制品码放方式及喷枪布置形式提出要求。合理的喷枪布置形式可以使窑内气氛得到充分的搅拌 ,窑内温度比较均匀 ,有利于产品质量提高。
The sintering of glass poweder and the influence of firing process on sintering were introduced. According to the feature of sintered decorative glass-ceramic,the requirements for the product stacking and the burner arrangement were put forward. By means of optimum arrangement of burners, the gas in the kiln can blend sufficiently. There fore, the temperature in the kiln is more uniform and it surely improves the quality of the product.
