摘要
媒体竞争日趋激烈,“经营媒体”是创新媒体经营和壮大媒体实力的战略选择。“经营媒体”有别于“媒体经营”,其主要内涵是:媒体产业运作,媒体资源整合,媒体品牌塑造,媒体管理创新以及媒体内部文化培植。
Medium competition is becoming more and more heatedly,'the operating medium'is the strategy choice to create medium operation and strengthen medium’s actual strength. This article puts forwards that' the operating medium' is different from' medium operation', it concerns that the running of medium property, the integrating of medium resource, the moulding of medium brand, the creation of medium management and the cultivation of medium inner-culture.
