摘要
基于 GIS电子地图技术、GPS动态定位技术、现代数据通信技术及信息采集与管理技术提出了 GPS车辆动态管理系统的模型 ,对私家车辆与集团用户车辆提供报警功能 ,对集团用户车辆能提供调度指挥功能。
This paper presents the model of GPS vehicle dynamic management system based on GPS electronic map technology,GPS dynamic positioning technology,current data communication technology and message acquisition and management technology,which can provide alarming function for the private vehicle and group client vehicle and also provides dispatch control function for the latter.The system principle and the structures of main composition units are discussed in detail.
