摘要
主要从我国实施 ERP的现状着手 ,分析了企业应用 ERP不成功的原因即软件问题和实施问题 ,并着重分析了不成功的主要原因——实施问题 ,根据实施中出现的不同问题给出了不同的解决方法 ,以提高我国企业实施
From implementation of ERP in our country,this paper analyzes reasons that are not successful in bring ERP into effect by enterprises,such as questions of software and implementation,and mainly analyzes unsuccessful cause--implementation problem.The different solutions for different problems are presented in this paper so as to improve the successful rate of ERP implementation in our enterprise.
