摘要
研究了截面形状、长径比及模量对固体推进剂药柱受到高加速度冲击时发生形变的影响。数值模拟表明,当药柱为厚壁柱壳、星形及圆柱形时,药柱截面形状对发生小变形药柱的应变影响不显著,三种形状药柱的轴向形变、应力、应变值差别不大。而轴向形变与长径比成正比关系,并与模量成反比关系。
The effects of the various cross section shapes, lengthtodiameter ratio and module of the solid propellant grains on its axial deformation under high overloads are studied by numerical simulation. It is found that the axial deformation, stress, strain are not closely associated with the cross section shape of the solid propellant grains, whereas axial deformation is directly proportional to the lengthtodiameter ratio and inversely proportional to the modulus of the solid propellant grains.
